Service

No fix, No fee means that if the job is not completed you do not pay, this excludes

Time restrictions on your behalf and/or cancellation during work

Mechanical failure of devices that further prevent repairs

Faults requiring manufacturer designed parts that are unavailable

Faults that develop and are beyond my working knowledge

If the above do not apply and the repair cannot be completed you will not pay a penny.

I am fully insured which covers your system(s) while it’s in my possession for a peace of mind.

Guarantee

Repairs are guaranteed for 3 months. This commences the first day the issue is resolved. This guarantee does not cover new faults that are unrelated to the original issue fixed and only covers on parts that was replaced  and does not cover if the device has been damaged.

Payment

Payments are required after completion. Accepted payment methods are Cash, Bank Transfer, PayPal or credit or debit cards.

If you are buying a custom built PC you will need to pay upfront.We also require a deposit on certain parts if we do not carry in stock.

There are no credit or finance options available.

There are no call out charges and there is no charge for collection or delivery charges within 5 miles of Lincoln.

Privacy and data collection

Your personal details are stored in invoices and email addresses in an address book.

These details are not shared, sold or publicly accessible
